January 15 – Martin Luther King Jr. Day
April 20 – First Day of National Park Week
August 3 – Anniversary of the Great American Outdoors Act
September 28 – National Public Lands Day
November 11 – Veterans Day
On these 5 days, all National Park Service sites that normally charge an entrance fee will waive those fees and open their gates free of charge. That includes popular parks like Yellowstone, Yosemite, Grand Canyon and more.
